Dear Honorable Doctor David Pennock,
For Yahoo! to maintain two social bookmarking services is totally ludicrous to the power 10 —see point #9. Please, do transfer your My Web 2 social favorites (a.k.a. social bookmarks) to Delicious (also owned by Yahoo!). Come bookmarking with us at Delicious.
Thanks.
Appreciated.
Good morning to your dog.

Psstt… Delicious offers two pages: all bookmarks on prediction markets, and the most popular bookmarks on prediction markets. I suggest an intermediary ranking —for instance, you would need at least 5 bookmarks by 5 different people to be listed on that intermediary listing (“selected bookmarks”, I would call it).
I have an unrelated Yahoo gripe. The spam is completely out of control and the filters do not work. This is part of the site’s core functionality and, to use the tone of a “customer” about to go elsewhere, it’s completely unacceptable. I realize that my (obfuscated) email address is visible on the web, but this is ridiculous. We are talking 50 pieces of spam per day and about 300 over the course of a weekend, and the flagging makes zero difference.
My e-mail address is also made visible by my domain name registrar. GMAIL puts all the spam e-mails in a special folder (named… SPAM) and it does not bother me.
Speaking of Delicious, their blog says that there are now 1,5 million of users. Another reason why Doctor Pennock should join.
