Will Google *launch* its own Operating System (OS) before July 13, 2009?
Sounds like Google did “announce” —as opposed to “launch”. Sense the nuance?
And so the HubDub prediction market will expire as a “NO” —as I understand it.

All the rumors about a Google Operating System…
… were true.
We hear a lot from our users and their message is clear — computers need to get better.
I don’t buy it. Eric Schmidt, Sergey Brin and Larry Page all hate MicroSoft –as I do–, and that’s their real motivation.
