USFE’s letter to the US CFTC – Binary Event Derivatives

U.S. Futures Exchange, LLC (“USFE” or the “Exchange”) intends to list new
binary Event Futures (“Event Futures” or “Contracts”) on April 20, 2007. The
purpose of this letter is to outline the Contracts. Additionally, USFE certifies that
the proposed Event Futures comply with the Commodity Exchange Act and
regulations thereunder.
