The U.S. approach to Internet gambling, which is legal in much of the rest of the world, is absurd. The activity is unstoppable, so let’s regulate it.

  1. The White House’s directive to the DOJ two weeks ago confirms that there are some laws the DOJ just doesn’t enforce. Looking at some companies out there, there are parts of the Wire Act that are not being enforced also, just no formal announcement.
