Yes I do agree with Ben, the housing should become lower and lower due to the decreasing requirement. People would like to rent house instead of buying it in the depression period. Stimulate can’t work since we can’t even fulfill our basic needs.
Could the housing market go South and the stock market go North, at the same period of time?
