Our good friend George Tziralis has 505 friends on FaceBook.
Our good friend Mike Linksvayer has 762.
I feel ridiculous. I am sure people laugh at me in my back about that low number. I need to have at least 100 friends. Help me.
P.S.: I have been focusing more on my LinkedIn network. See the sidebar for all our PM networking links.
Poor baby.
Don’t worry, Chris. I’ve only got fifteen.
I think some people see the “friends” thing as a kind of social status. Although I don’t give a toss myself, I still look around and think: he’s got 700+ friends? Wow! I think those mega “friend counts” consist of a lot of “friends” these people absolutely never communicate with.
That said, I absolutely never communicate with any of my fifteen fiends.
Yes, those “friends” are mostly acquaintances.
However, I think FaceBook is very useful to set up events.
