How to see the brand-new favicon of Midas Oracle

- Use iTools for Macintosh to clean up your Internet footprints.

- iTools will screw up your FireFox bookmarks. Any newly bookmarked URL will be deleted when you restart FireFox. To cure that, read this and do what they tell you to do.

- You will now be able to see the brand-new favicon of Midas Oracle.

- Another useful tool is Favicon Picker, which is a FireFox extension.

- More IT tips and IT links.

P.S.: I should not tell you, but here is the tool I used to create that favicon.

    i find the animated favicon a bit annoying and distracting — in the same class as flashing HTML text

    I agree that animated images are annoying, in general. But this is a favicon, which is a little image we don’t stare at. I find it great. So, I disagree with you. However, I will wait for other people’s opinion.

    Arghhhh, what happened to the format?? I’m seeing white.

    Honest opinion: don’t like it a lot. The previous format was much easier on the eye and engaging. Is it a software default setting, or did Chris do a bit of interior decorating?

    Caruso, you are talking about the “theme”, which is the blog layout. Yes, I have put a new theme:

    Yes, it is white. But there will be new version of this theme out, and I am talking to the theme author.
    What did you like with the old theme? Tell me. There are plenty of improvements that are in store for the next versions, so feel free to tell.
