Upgrading WordPress in 2 simple steps

2.7.1 is out. (Reminder: WordPress is an open-source software package that powers most of the serious blogs, out there.)

Upgrading is so easy, now, that David Pennock has no excuses for postponing the upgrading of his tiny little blog. :-D

It took me less than 5 seconds to upgrade each of the 3 Midas Oracle blogs. Thanks, Matt. (This guy is the dignified heir of Steve Jobs.)

  2. 1. This plugin backups my WP database… every hour.

    2. The second thing to do is to backup all the images you upload to the posts. I do that, too —although less often.
