At inception, I created an “Internet usability” category, and, since, I have published many Jakob Nielsen stories. Many wondered why I would bother. Now, the Midas Oracle readers can understand why.

These traders are talking down the newly redesigned Hollywood Stock Exchange website.

Maybe chmob96 actually meant un-sue-able, as in he is so annoyed with the site but realizes he can’t sue. I know quite a few people who have been on HSX for up to 10 years and they are pretty annoyed at the new design. I’m not a heavy user there so I was fairly neutral on the change, however I think rewarding users with H$ for making comments destroys the value HSX had as a game. The users I know have spent 100′s of hours building up their H$’s through smart trading. They are now liable to see the relative value of their portfolio wiped out by schmoozing hyper-inflation. Not pretty.
