As I understand it:

- Prediction market consultancy in Portugal;

- They probably licensed Xpree‘s software for enterprise prediction markets. UPDATE: They created their own software for enterprise prediction markets.

Hi Chris, thank you for featuring Exago Markets.
In fact we are based out of Portugal with a range of international deployments.

We have our own market engine (CDA with an automated market maker) as the basis of a platform with unique features to support the corporate idea management process, namelly a sofisticated incentive model and the ability to acheive trading gains based on idea progression down the funel.

As this technology is our IP I thought I would drop a word to clarify.
