  1. Those contracts look a little high to me as do the 2010s >36s.  Looks like there is some insurance premium there.

    Alex Forshaw suggested to me that it could be a prediction that Obama will become president and instead of raising the FICA limit, will try to roll social security taxes into the regular payroll tax.  Still, there are so many contingencies there that 40 bid seems a bit high for 2009.

    If I start seeing more action in the >42s, we’ll add some higher contracts.
