Further to the previous RNS announcement on 19 November, IG Group Holdings plc (“IG”) completed on the acquisition of HedgeStreet Inc. on Thursday 6th December. Of the total consideration of $6.0m (approximately £2.9m) a maximum of $60,000 will be paid in IG shares, the balance has been paid in cash.
