Maybe he's more deserving than a few past recipients (El-Baradei, Annan, Carter, Arafat), but no, I don't think he's deserving. And if there was ever a contract listed, I'd sell it until the cows came home (and I keep no cows in my little apartment in Manhattan--the car already costs too much to park). Those Norweigians would never give one of their prizes to a nut like Limbaugh, or even the nuttier (but sexier) Ann Coulter. How about Midas Oracle for Peace Prize. Prediction markets will provide the information needed to improve government policies. Rush for Peace Prize?
