BetFair repurposes its Bet-o-Mobile promotional truck for the Tennis Turbo event held in London.

Niall O’Connor of Betting Market will be so jealous that I got the scoop and not him that I predict that he’ll turn purple —Minneapolis style. :-D

What the hell is the Betair Bet-o-Mobile?

[It's a promotional truck with] 19 TV screens (including a giant 50″ plasma screen), wireless internet access, and live Sky Sports coverage.

Here’s the old look of the truck (designed for a presence around British horse racing tracks):

See the photos below, for the new look.

What the hell is “Turbo Tennis”?

With matches lasting no longer than 30 minutes and ‘sudden death’ points replacing deuces, this event will capture all that’s great about tennis, with none of the rain-delays and long rest breaks.

I like it already!!!

The tennis matches will be held inside Greenwich’s Millennium Dome (immortalized in the James Bond movie, The World Is Not Enough :-D ). Great.

And, of course, BetFair has a set of Turbo Tennis prediction markets. :-D (Andy Murray is the favorite. Never heard of him.)
