Howard Lutnick (CEO Cantor/ eSpeed) owes me an apology for not crediting my work in the recent The Economist story!!! I think people are beginning to understand that Cantor/HSX’s omission of me from wiki and other reference pages – by not acknowledging my invention, the Virtually Specialist technology that runs HSX; the only patented tech. in the virtual markets/prediction markets space that Cantor itself recently referred to in The Economist (without credit) as key in launching new securities – goes hand in hand with their alleged manipulation of wiki info. People are outraged by an overall pattern of dishonesty in the securities industry, as we’ve seen this past week – with revelations of alleged fraud in the sub-prime market and other related markets.
I’d like to see Howard start mending some fences, starting with a simple apology.
