That bombastic statement was made by Max Keiser, the Hollywood Stock Exchange co-founder, in a comment, here, on Midas Oracle.

I begin to like that guy… Max Keiser… Each time he passes by, he drops a hand grenade. Finally some action going on on Midas Oracle. :) We were too consensual, here, before his arrival. :)
