The Economist is taking suggestions.

Project Red Stripe:

We’re a small team set up by The Economist Group, the parent company of the eponymous newspaper. Our mission is to develop truly innovative services online. We already have some ideas, of course. But as champions of free markets, we abhor the concept of a closed system. This is why we would like you to submit your idea (or ideas). Just think big – and we’ll do the rest.

Someone can do better than my scribble:

The Economist has a perfect userbase for running policy analysis markets. Every article should have a sidebar with the relevant market(s) displayed. Readers should be able to suggest markets with a wiki like system for honing contract terms and a digg like system for selecting the best.

Don’t take that last sentence too literally or seriously.
