The reason why we removed the NETeller mechanism for now was due to a lack of transparency as to NETeller’s future services, and to ensure the protection of the Exchange and our Members.
Moreover, we received a lot of correspondence from our members complaining about being unable to withdraw funds from NETeller.
As I am sure you know, every time a Member deposits with us using NETeller, a proportion of that deposit is held in reserve by NETeller. Continuing to take deposits through NETeller potentially increases our and our Members’ exposure to issues if NETeller have issues.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our Members.
Should things clarify, and we expect that they will, we will reinstate NETeller as a payment mechanism.
