As you all know, Deep Throat told me that the CFTC already gave its stamp of approval to US presidential election prediction markets. I inferred that HedgeStreet would soon float US presidential election contracts.
Actually, it could be that, yes, the CFTC OKed it, but HedgeStreet is not at all interested in venturing into these unchartered waters.
I will try to find out the truth on that. (((Heard any rumor, folks?)))
